could this be translated to english without the use of google translate.

My english isn't great because I'm french but you can it goes like this:

A 39 years old father have been killed by a lost bullet during the new year celebration and 500 people have been injured and 44 gravely injured by fireworks in the whole country, reported the italian news. The victim was in his yard to watch the fireworks when the incident happened, couldn't be reanimated by the emergency.

In the region of Naples, 70 people were injured and a 18 years old man have been saved by "miracle" by snoozing. Firefighters intervened 140 times because garbage bags were on fire because of the fireworks even if the authorities were prepared for it. Few cars were damaged by the flames and the historic center have been the most devastated.

There's one thing; it says "un pere de famille de 39 ans a ete tue par une BALLE perdue"
I don't really get it because in this context, it's like he got killed by a lost bullet from a gun, and not from some fireworks.

I think it is ment to be a lost bullet, I've heard multiple stories about people dying from a lost BULLET, on a special day, like on the 14th of july (not sure if this is a special date, (i am from belgium)) there are people who take there gun and shoot in the air, but ofc by the gravity, the bullet comes back, and that speed is fast enough to kill people. I've heard it on the news and ive read a article about it once, so it could be a bullet.
