genstarJ/coolrar scam report.

The reason I am unsure who is because the Skype is genstarJ:



Yet the person in the conversation said something about coolrar, and also said "hamm" a lot, I picked it up because it's weird and I didn't know what he meant by it. I hope this is conclusive evidence to ban either one of them. My feeling is that it is coolrar and not genstarJ, but I don't know. Thanks for your time.
