A very important quality of a moderator for any forum is being prompt. You're not paid to be prompt, your job is merely to guide people. This guy is BY FAR one of the most efficient mods I have ever come across. Very fast and professional responses were delivered! Keep up the good work!

Really amazing guy with a great heart, I had a friend who went through an awful experience on league and Gen went out of his own way to help her find a far better service, and to compensate for her loss, with no gain for himself!
