Explanation of the trade: $100 BTC Dice. He lost and doesn't have the funds available to send. Claims he was trying to setup a Coinbase account. I offered to accept 07 GP instead and he didn't have that either. I'll support deleting this report once he can actually pay me.

How they scammed: Didn't pay dice.
