Rsmalls Julia's handmade accounts legit?

Are these accounts legit and truly unrecoverable?

I don't want to waste my time and get recovered..

Every account in RS history is recoverable, just to make it blunt and clear.
Unless Jagex has made them not, like people who have passed away and such.
Locked accounts.

 

Understandable, I've always been wary of player sold accounts but I was wondering if "legitimate" websites would do something like that.

 

They may have a thing where the company creates the account, and the employee trains it, making it so the employee is very
unlikely to be able to recover it - but the person who created the account could always recover it if they kept the info, and that's
the bottom line.

 

I see, I can't seem to find people that have had that problem with homemade rsmalls accounts so it's hard to judge when there is no review at all.

Every account is recoverable. It just depends on the seller if they're trusted or not
