Best ways to make xp in Overwatch

I am struggling to find how to get large amounts of exp during casual matches and I am currently level 22. I have found that getting gold medals and getting epic and legendary votes boost your exp gain. Has anyone found a method that they would prefer to get decent xp during casual or comp matches?

 

make some friends queue casual with them for a 20% exp boost when you reach rank 25 play comp with said friends

 

There's really only three ways to meaningfully increase your exp gain.

-Group up (20% bonus)
-Don't leave matches early
-Play every day to get the first win of the day bonus

In-game performance really doesn't contribute much exp

 

Play in a group. Play consecutive matches and play everyday
