Can Jagex detect your ip while creating an account?

This just creating the account, not doing tutorial island or anything else.

 

yes they can. Any website you go to knows your ip (including this one)

ye and its worse when u start running the game as u download a 'cache' which is supposed to be harmless but who knows the fk

Create the account on a separate IP or otherwise it's origin will link back to any accounts on your home IP.

Proxies are ideal for this set up.
