Giving vouch for simple help

Ok here is what i need i need my banner on http://www.operationunderground.tk to have a background, i would prefer it not be solid color, and like it to mesh\go nicely with the black background option. thanks.

p.s. dont mess up the operation underground logo ie change its colors etc. i like it how it is

 

Thats an interesting job. It would be possible if it were a .psd but thats going to be fun for whoever does it. Definetly worth more than a vouch.
