that was the original thread that I bought the account on he deleted it.

The account has been locked because it has been suspected that I was hacked. The information he gave me is not letting me get the account back. 3 of my appeals have been denied. If he does not give me 65$ (because i put more stuff on it and it cost me money) then I will consider him scamming me.

Accounts can be locked for various reasons and your appeal probably wasn't accepted due to the IP change (same reason why it was locked). Do you want a refund or for him to unlock that account?

 

If he can not unlock it I want a refund.

 

He'd either have to recover it back to you or refund it. I'll PM him for a response.
