Another way to get a website on your desktop!

This is resizable, minimizable, doesn't hang in your taskbar, draggable and droppable!

Step 1 - Right click your desktop background. Do not click on a file/folder, this will give you different options. Note if you fail this step, you shouldn't even have a computer.

    Click Properties.

Step 2 - Look in the picture below. At the top there are several tabs, saying Themes, Desktop, Screen Saver etc, now go to the Desktop option.

Go on to the next step.

Step 3 - Look in the image below. Press the button labeled 'Customize desktop.'

A new box should pop up. Proceed.

Step 4 - Look in the image. At the top it says General and Web. Click the Web tab.

Now you will see, on the left, a box saying 'New'. Click that.

    Step 5
    - You will now see a box requiring you to enter an URL. Refer to the picture for references. Once you enter the URL, it should 'visit' the site.

You are almost done! Keep reading.

Final step - You now need to check the tick-box. Once that is done, press 'Apply' then if your satisfied, press 'Ok'.

Note - yours will say something different, my pc automatically tries adding the site with 'offline mode' enabled. You will need to disable offline mode. Press properties and untick the box.
