A Piety Haiku (Slayer?)

I'm curious - do you all use anything to speed your tasks up?

Despite the cost (which weighs pretty heavily on me because I don't RWT gold for my main at all), I've been using pure sets and piety on some of my tasks, and the rate at which I'm burning through normally slow tasks is almost unreal.

 

Well I was like top 100 to 85 slayer when 2007 came out, and I refused to cannon. However, I always used Super sets, and when I could afford it later in the levels (basically after Gmaul drops) I used prayer like ultimate strength (too lazy to quest haha.) Unless you're using prayer gear, and pray flicking I'd say don't bother unless you're good at it. Just use super sets and pay attention really. If you're afking that will drastically decrease xp rates/task length.

So was I. What he says pretty much makes all the sense. I used prayers only when I was flicking them. Also, unlike him I used my cannon all the way from 30-85. Cannonballs are much more expensive now than they were back then, so use it only if you can afford it. Also if you want to speed up your tasks you should probably cancel slow ones like basilisk, turoth, kurask, dragons, etc.

 

Nice yeah I was pretty proud that I was still top 100 without cannoning at all but I was playing a ton so whatever . Like scary said, cancel tasks you don't like, or take too long.
