I alch leftover bows from fletching. I don't have anything else to do with them, so I might as well alch.

Also, http://www.scape-xp.com/runescape-high-alchemy.html is better IMO.

 

Yes, they make about 100gp profit but the buy limit is 1k/4 hours.

 

I have a 3 good alch items, Pm if you want to know 150k each (in game)

 

Magic longbows are better then Yew longs for alching

 

You don't make profit alching rune arrows, and you can buy 10k every 4 hours.

Rune arrows are probably your best bet if you're looking for something with minimal loss that you can buy in bulk.

Cooked lobsters are also a decent option aswell.

I just do maple longbows(u), don't really put an effort into finding other stuff.
