Honestly, what time do you find yourself going to bed on a Work-night?

I tend to go to bed at 11:00pm and I wake up at 7:00am. Should I be getting more sleep?

Weekend's obviously change and they vary big time. So let's talk about Work nights. Or School nights for some of you.

    Discuss.

I usually find myself going to bed at around 12pm and waking up at around 6am. It's a decent routine once you get into the swing of it.

    8 hours sleep is best.

I go to bed at around 2am nowadays, and wake up whenever I feel like it. Sometimes wake up at 1pm here.

I go to bed between 10pm and 11pm (or earlier if I have nothing to do) and wake up at 6.00am during the week. On weekends I'll go to bed at 12pm and get up anytime between 5:30am and 1pm (depending on whether or not I'm sailing or not.)

I go to bed at 1:30 and get up at 7:45, a little over 6 hours of sleep. Not the way to live, but there's not enough time in a day.

i'm still going to school, from my parents i need to go to bed at 9:30pm
and then I sleep till 7am

but usually, i stay up till 1am and wake up at 7am.
I feel my self much better, and healthier, if i go to bed at 1am-2am and wake up at 7, if i go to bed at 9:30pm i'm tired in the morning.

Teenagers need 9.25 hours or more to develop fully, according to the most recent concensus of accredited studies. However, I regard 7 hours as a "good" sleep during the week.

Personally, during the week I go to bed at 12 or 1 and wake up at 7 or 7:30
Weekends I go to bed between 11 and 1 and wake up between 11 and 1, unless I go to a concert or a club until 2-3

I go to bed between 11 PM and 1 AM, depending on if I have work or Uni the next day. I have to stay up later if I have Uni, because I put off school work to the last minute.

For work I wake up at 7:45 for a 9 AM start and a 5 PM finish.

    Boring schedule ftl?

I feel like shit no matter what, I usually go to bed around 1-4 am and wake up at 7 am. My body I guess you could say is immune to no sleep. If I go to bed at 10pm and wake up at 7 am I still feel the same & feel like shit.

I just wake up and take a shower and I'm ready to roll!:)
