Gc's R US is essentially refusing to pay me back

Here's the story.. I bought a total of 3 $200 PacSun gift cards from Gc's R US. The gift cards keep getting canceled so I'm pretty sure they are carded or something. Pureown did verify the thread as being legit, but I don't care what he said, the gift cards would not be charged back if they were obtained in a legit way. I am not the only one suffering from this. He has had 3-4 other people getting their cards canceled as well.

As you can see, out of a total of SIX cards, 5 were canceled. I asked him for a refund, and he has continuously told me that he has no GP. He has no GP because after I asked him for a refund, he sold all of his GP. Also, I call bullshit on the fact he has no GP because he has had multiple sales since he sold his RSGP. Last night I asked him for a refund AGAIN and he said he only had 175M out of the 200M he is supposed to refund and I told him that would be okay for now. He told me he'd give it to me in 5 minutes after he finished up a trade. I waited over 30 minutes, he never responded again after that. I woke up this morning and he was on MSN, I tried messaging him 3 or 4 times and nudging him, he did not respond. I assume he has now blocked me on MSN because he is talking to other people on MSN (I know this by looking at his posts) and yet he is offline to me.

I know a lot of this is hearsay but if honestly the proof is in the card cancellations and his thread where I am obviously not the only one having troubles with this guy. I do not wish to get him banned but seeing as he is jerking me around while not refunding me, I have no choice.
