Proof that the service was not completed: Initially Konddor gave a 4-6 day queue time, but decided to make the queue time 10 days and counting for me. I gave him the money in the form of a donation over PayPal, and have no way to retrieve the funds. I contacted him for a refund, but he denied the refund. After asking for a refund because of his queue time being longer than normal, he went offline on me (essentially ignored/blocked).
tl;dr refused to give out refund, even though he originally listed a 4-6 day queue time (which is now 10 and counting)

 

Sorry for your loss buddy. Banned.
