Gauging interest and opinions for main acct.

Hello, everyone. I'm new but I'm familiar with sythe from my past. Happy to be back.
That being said, this post is made to hear opinions and possible interest for this main account.
I did some research on a few websites to get an idea of what it could be worth. Alas, I decided to go back to my roots and ask the real professionals(Sythe/You).
I appreciate any and all opinions and interest.

Whatever price you have in mind, drop it down by 20% or so. It is hard to sell as a newcomer so selling a bit cheaper than others is at least an incentive to buy from you without it seeming suspicious. Good luck!
