not a single script is actually fully automated in the platinum section. If you ask for help they will respond but also they will ignore. The UX/UI looks like a high schooler made it in their coding class, its 2022 and you still need to manually imput item IDS (are you fucking joking?). Support staff will mute/bans/blocks for not agreeing with their points, childish. Overall your typical discord mods with no lives and no ability to actually create a consumer ready product. God forbid they make something for their intended audience. No one buys a script to fucking baby sit it. Shit staff. Don't waste your money.

The plugins are indeed fully automatic - reading through your discussion with Ganom regarding the Pickpocket Helper plugin, you seem to have misread the instructions on how to setup the plugin. After Ganom attempted to assist you with your problem, you lashed out at him repeatedly so he timed you out. You do not seem to be banned from either of our servers, so I'm not sure what you're referring to when saying you're banned. Thanks for your feedback though and have a nice day

 

Literally absurd this has to be discussed. You can't start a single script on its own yet its advertised as full autonomous for $40.

I didn't lash out at all. I said the client could be way more intuitive and have better UX/UI and clear instructions so that there doesn't have to be a troubleshoot every time the client isn't working. I've read through many other people asking question about how to simply start the client and my suggestion was that if the pinned instructions were more clear then you would be able to simply start/stop any script immediately without having to look through old messages of all the errors everyone else faces.

Also, the Dev on your server is a dev on OSRS and I was IP banned from that server literally right after messaging your dev.

clearly you're not understanding that the people who buy scripts do it for complete leisure and for the ability to play the game when and how they want with all the tedious work done for them.


Imagine you walk into the restaurant and you ask for a burger and they're like "well did you bring your napkin and put it in your left pocket and stand in the sunlight for 2 hours previous. It says to do that on our website"

You can go source a blackjack script from 2012 that will at least unnote food for you?! How is that option not even available here.



the fact not a single script can just start on its own without having to follow a series of peculiar inventory arrangements, item IDs etc is such half assed coding that it is astonishing you advertise it as full automated. That's what the premise of my point is and will always be. These scripts can go 4-5 hours max without some random failsafe happening that you wouldn't have known about unless you read through other's reports in the discord or somehow miraculously managed to set it up with the minute detail that's provided.

I didn't fail to read the set up, the bot tele'd me away 5 times in front of me while I was selecting the target and I sent a picture and was pretty much told there's no way it was possible it was happening like so. As if making up the scenario or even the notion that my reaction of frustration is unrealistic is completely ridiculous. The timeout I could care less about, its your power trip after the fact that is asinine.

I'm not home atm, so I'll re-read your messages and give you a more in depth response later - the person who banned you from the OpenOSRS server was the OPRS Dev, Kyle (xKylee#9361), who is not affiliated with GanomSoftware.

 

I can confirm, it was me who banned you because I didn't like they way you was acting towards members of OPRS staff (which was confirmed the moment you then further DM'd other OPRS mods abusing them.

As @Failed4life mentioned, I am not affiliated with Ganomsoftware, and you will see you are still a member on ganoms discord, I would suggest cooling off, and approaching this again tomorrow, once you have taken a new approach we can look at unbanning you from the openosrs discord.

I didn't even flame anyone or call anyone a name or anything. I voiced my inclined frustration directly at specific reasons and gave critical feedback of the advertised scripts. I've used almost half of them and without fail there is some obscurity that needs to be refined before starting that I have never experienced on ANYTHING full automated, there was never a personal attack.


It wasn't until I got blocked did I use profanity or become directly disrespectful in manner.

Sorry if your feelings are hurt but as a paying member I can definitely tell what problems I see in the product I paid for, especially since these problems could've been avoided if it was properly advertised.
