On the rune-server thread it is posted that apparently the pack of books he is selling is available free which I believe is bannable according to sythe rules.

Not only this however but ProGFX is a vader, as you see his alias is CashGFX on rune-server and he also uses the same alias on Hackforums if you google his skype.
