Better Way of Catching Scammers [Version 2]

After my first idea of voting on who is a scammer and who is not got shot down (I agree the difficulties), I realized that, why not just give harsher punishments to people who post threads which contains absolutely no real evidence? I have seen chat logs/ and even "Typed-up proofs".Some of these "scammer" threads only pisses mods off and ruins the reputation of legit people. Also, if one was to browse through the "report a scammer" forum, one would find that some people absolutely do not care what the stickies say and repeatedly violent the stickies over and over just to vent. Whos with me?

I semi agree with you. Maybe instead of giving punishments, the threads should be approved by a mod before shown to the public. This would control the amount of "noob" threads + help the mods manage the report a scammer section more efficiently.

    Violate*

I read it, all. Im still not sure what your suggesting....
Sum it up for me please.

Edit: Many noobs are legitmatley scammed by people, just they don't know the correct way to display and get someone banned. Or they get impostered. I love to search through archives/scammer section before i buy from someone.... The reports on them sum up there legitmassy for me.

People who do not post in the correct format by choosing to ignore stickies should get punished more.

PS: Don't be a stickler about spelling, I see two errors in your post already and its just rude.
