Why would you need the source? You don't learn much from looking at others code other than how to plagiarize or remove the methods of payment authentication (nulling). If it works fine the use it, as thats probably what your after, don't take the source and plaster your name all over it when it isn't yours, because then once you add all this great stuff to your website someone will call you out on all these php scripts you have been "making" and you won't have anything to help you then.

 

actually you can learn a lot from reading sources... One of the great advantages of opensource programs...

You might want to try converting one of the many PERL proxies out there to PHP using the basic framework.

Also, you should read up on cURL. It can do many nice things

 

phproxy script is discontinued. Zelune is not bad.
But Glype script appears to be the best. It uses cURL.

Just so you know, Zelune is also written in cURL.

I might look into Glype, seeing from their example, it's pretty fat.
