    Gaming Mouse and keyboard?

I've got a razer deathstalker keyboard and honestly I wouldn't recommend it. For 100 euros it simply isn't worth it. Especially since i'm having problems with my space bar after 4 months. In my opinion, the keyboards(razer) are made more for aesthetic design than performance.

    Gaming Mouse and keyboard?

By this, you do mean you're looking to buy a gaming keyboard and mouse I would assume?

Rule #1 of mouse buying is that it's all in preference to the user.

Some people prefer palm-resting mice (your palm rests on the mouse, you will use your forearm more) while others prefer claw-mice (your fingers hold the mouse, you tend to flick with your wrist more). You also have to know weights (how much you want it to weigh or if you want it customize-able) and what kind of surface you plan to play on (shiny surface = laser mouse).

Now on to the next issue with mice: Optical vs. Laser. vs. IR mice.
I'm not going to go into details of it, I'll just leave it at they all have their pro's and cons, with IR (supposedly) turning out to be the best "performance".

My current mouse of choice is a laser mouse: Logitech G500.
I have used a few laser mouses so far and this one has been my favorite. I get very little lift-off issue even at maximum polling, and the weighting system allows me to adjust the weights depending on how much compensation I need during a day (I have a tendency to over/under shoot during FPS games).

I am -tempted- to a razer deathadder only because it's very highly rated, is a palm-resting mouse, and uses an IR sensor.

Finally - if you're specifically gaming on LoL you may want to consider something that will allow you to smart cast/cast in general straight from the mouse - but I don't use those mice so I can't help you with it. :|

The next objective is a keyboard...
Keyboards are all on preference as well. Do you want something that is illuminated or not? The other thing is that you should really go with a mechanical keyboard - but you'll have to choose the switches on your own.

I do not personally use a mechanical keyboard, I use a Logitech G19 (which I kind of love/hate). The G19 gives you the advantage of macro keys on the side of the board, with a mini-hud in LoL on the screen. The coloring on it is completely customizable (I actually have a rainbow color script running). And yeah... that's about the only advantages.

The problems that I have been having with this keyboard recently are non-responsive depression (when I press the key, it will not go down), and a tiny bit of ghosting (keyboard only reads one of multiple keys pressed). Mechanical keyboards fix both of these issues, but again you have to decide on which type of switch you want - this is a pretty good guide in your choice for keyboard switches: http://www.overclock.net/t/491752/mechanical-keyboard-guide

I apologize if this doesn't help you in making your decision, but my recommendation would be to go with a G500 and a mechanical keyboard right now.

Razer Death Adder mouse. It's about $50, but it feels amazing. If you want one of those mouses with the hotkeys on it, Razer sells those as well. I have a Razer mouse pad and mouse and they are both great.

Deathadder lives up to the claims in my opinion. I've owned 2 (first still worked, I just decided I wanted to get the newer version)

As for keyboard, are you looking for a mechanical?

"Nothing too fancy" is not what you'll find with gaming accessories, though $200 will get you decent products. When looking for this sort of stuff, people tend to impulse buy, and hate their decisions later on, so make sure what you find will be worth the money. Compare, look at reviews, etc.

To be honest, I was a pretty heavy gamer with WoW and runescape and oblivion and eventually skyrim a few years ago, and I got by just fine with a cheap logitec mechanical keyboard (which reminds me, make sure whatever you find is a mechanical keyboard, they're quieter and last longer)

Deathadder is probably a solid pick as far as mice go.

I have the corsair vengeance k95 for my keyboard although i don't use it as much as I should. It's the only mechanical keyboard i've ever used so I don't have much of a reference point. Overall it feels good, looks clean and is very durable.

Not particularly helpful but thought i'd provide some input ^^

If I had $200 I'd personally go with a ducky shine 3 in whatever mx keyswitch you want (or a cm storm or something even) and an asus rog gaming mouse (inexpensive, comfortable and good looking, adjustable dpi).

I can rate the Razer Deathadder as well. I've had mine for years and it's a solid mouse, not too fancy but two custom buttons on the side, good responsiveness etc., and not expensive.

I'm currently using a Razer Lycosa as a keyboard however I can't recommend it. No customisable keys, so its only real benefits are some media controls and backlighting, and I suppose it's fairly easy on your wrists. I have had an issue where the keys virtually (not literally) stick every so often, which makes it unsuitable in my opinion for gaming as I end up having to replug it.

Unless you want a bunch of macro keys, you don't need anything expensive as far as keyboards go though. Something backlit so you can play easily at night, and a couple of custom keys will suit you just fine if you can find a decent one relatively inexpensively.

I've got a Deathadder too. Second one I've had. Not the biggest fan... This one is starting to go (it produces really shitty movement). Same thing happened to the first one. Overall not that bad though. It is too expensive (paying for the Razor name).

I've only ever tested one when there was a Razer one sitting in best buy. I really did not enjoy it all that much. I'm perfectly happy with my $7 keyboard... Which is loud as fuck but the one at best buy was very loud.

This is very true and that's the main reason why I don't want to own one. You might feel like a champ typing on that keyboard, but I'm sure it gets annoying after a while.

I recommend the Razer DeathAdder mouse, and as for a keyboard.. I haven't upgraded mine in years. I'm still using the old Sidewinder x6. It's lasted me close to 5 years and it's definitely taken a beating. I wouldn't recommend it since it is quite outdated, but it's still a very nice keyboard.

Depends on your keyswitch, jesus lol. I have some cherry mx blues and they're pretty clicky, but something like blacks are great for gaming and isn't going to be much louder than a standard dome keyboard. Plus its going to be a lot higher build quality and feel a lot nicer to use.

After you have the pleasure of typing on a nice mechanical keyboard for a couple weeks squishy dome keys feel like absolute LQ shit.
