Gamestore is selling PBE accounts that are being recovered

Due to the new TFT craze I decided to look for a good honor-3 PBE account to buy so that I could join in on the fun. I searched sythe and noticed Gamestore advertising his site Gamestore.live and checked it out and purchased a $12 PBE account there. Within 2 days of purchase, someone attempted to recover the account and failed. (I messaged Gamestore both via site and sythe and got no reply)

Today, the account was finally recovered and I no longer have access to it and didn't even receive an email of its recovery today.

Let me know if I need any more proof. $12 isn't much to me but it's concerning that I'm buying an account for that price and he's recovering it if he's selling much higher value accounts. I just want to see the reasoning for this recovery justified on his end and I want to know why he doesn't respond to customer concerns if they're being hacked.

I assumed the same thing and that's why I didn't directly accuse Gamestore of the actual recovery themselves.

However what I am concerned about is that they ignored both direct message on sythe and e-mail through their website in addition to claiming their accounts are secure and they provide around the clock customer support.

I was enjoying most of my time of the League PBE and even achieved a top 100 rank in Teamfight tactics based on MMR.

To see the account fully recovered 5 days after I made an initial complaint to Gamestore about my concerns with no response from them is definitely an issue I'd have with a "reputable" website selling other high-value LoL accounts which may be worth much more than the initial $12 I had spent.
