Right where to start... This user has claimed they've sent me £7.17 Via UK Bank Transfer. He's called me a scammer for the past hour or so when i have
repeatedly asked for proof of payment and proof of instant payments from his bank account.

I've shown a picture of my online bank statement, yet he is repeatedly trying to get me to use teamviewer which i refuse.

By far the most awkward customer i have ever dealt with, constantly insisting i go on teamviewer and refusing a refund for "wasting his time".

Edit: I sent him my bank account details gone past 12am, yet his payment was "sent" the day before.

I've now sent multiple pictures proving i haven't received the payment 2 and a half hours later.

Long story short i needed 8m to finish a customers order, I thought he would be quick and helpful but has wasted over an hour scamming 7 pound from me. I will update this with more info shortly but i am trying to complete customers orders and he has already wasted my time.

Basically he tried to scam me for 7.17 UKBT then when he found out i was going to report him on here started offering me a "Refund"

 

It looks like the payment was not sent instantly, can you provide proof that it was instant?

 

Just provided proof that the payment has only came through today, this user is the biggest waste of space. Wasted my time for up to 4-5 hours and was yet to provide proof showing their payment was instant. Absolute fucking moron. I will be refunding them later today with proof.

 

After another two hours of refusing to accept a refund and repeatedly swearing at me/calling me a scammer... The user finally decided to organise an MM to accept the gold payment. Many thanks to Mr Extremez for helping with the situation.
