    Been using @VirtGold for the past few weeks now on my HCIM for small skilling tasks like Hunter and Agility. I've had a total of 200M+ invested in these jobs provided by Virt. After a delay of progress, I logged in today to find that I lost my HCIM status, along with ranger boots being removed from the account. When confronting Virt about this, I was immediately booted from the server. After joining his "Backup Server", I was continued to be flamed by Virt, before being booted from that server as well.
    With poor evidence (Due to being banned from his discord servers quickly), I know this probably won't go anywhere. But I figured I would give a heads up to whoever it may concern and potentially avoid dealing with what has happened to me through his broken services / corrupt business.

    so lets start,

    so first of all. the Fat man ordered over 500M services from me, and always liked all services.

    i sechudle one of my best worker who is in NY, and suddenly some riots happen in NY, his HCIM dies cuz of electricity fault, my worker was at fremmy isles doing fremmy isles quest. and then dies, The fat man comes and tells me he wants a refund on "ALL" services he has done with us which is above 500M ( done before this ticket's order). and blaming me for all of this.

    we refunded him for the rest of the progress not complete.

    he liked our services kept ordering, then he ordered some quests, i told him lets wait til my best worker gets back onn which is a 500M deposit worker from the US, unfortunately there were some riots in the US and the electricity got cut off which is completely NOT under his control, this is like the 3rd HCIM that ever dies in our discord, i try my best to not have many HCIM deaths and i even discounted him more for the job and i did not let my worker have any job just so he can finish the fat mans order.

    now i respect the fat man but his reaction yesterday was all attacking me for no reason posting shit everywhere on my alternative discord and my feedback that i am obligated because his HCIM died even though i took every precaution

    My worker has been on 200+ accounts and The Fat man has ordered alot of stuff from us, he kept panicking because of his Death then SUDDENLY claimed his ranger boots went missing, after shit posting about me everywhere on my DMS and my discord and that NO1 should ever buy from me because his HCIM Died, so basically its my fault his hcim died, its my fault his ranger boots went misssing and it is my fault that he was shit posting and ended up being banned from my discord.

    look i dont mind refunding u for ranger boots, i really don't give a shit about that. even if i had to refund u 200M for your death i will not mind it at all.

    but your shitty ass attitude doesn't help at all, blaming me for ur hcim Death.

    TLDR: HCIM died due to questing fremmy isles and my worker electricity got cut off, blames me for it. wants a refund for all services over 500M done which means he has done all of these services and his hcim was alive, when it dies. he wants a refund on Everything we have done for him so far. then i offer him a refund for progress not done. he bashes me and call me a scammer on my other discord and tells me that he will tell all his other friends to not use me and tells everyone that im a scammer, even though i tried my best to keep his hcim alive, suddenly claims he lost his ranger boots as well. because he was upset we will not refund him.

    at VirtGold Services, we try our best to satisfy customers. this is the 3rd ever HCIM dead in our server since we started business, we take all refunds in background and compensation for our customers and we never had any problem, hence why nobody opened a dispute about us til now. i wanted him to open the dispute because i cannot stand liars who claim we scam.
    we don't really look for drama but if you keep pushing it you will get what you want.

    if sythe mods decide i have to refund him for ranger boots, which is highly unlikely. i can do that, but its very obvious he is making it up. why would we steal his ranger boots after him dying would make zero sense.
    but again the Fat man i don't mind refunding you for anything but next time dont call me a scammer and attack me for my workers government electricity fault and blame it all on me. whatever sythe mods decide i will go with it.

    There was no exchange of refunds for anything. The last I've spoken to @VirtGold was within discord before I was banned/blocked from his discord / PM's.

    I must say, as a loyal customer, the way he went about dealing with the situation was not acceptable behavior.

    Was it wrong for me to be heated (still heated) about what happened? Absolutely not. Deal with my grief and anger, it's apart of customer service @VirtGold.
    Did I deserve having the Ranger Boots (Which is a huge milestone of Ironmen content) swiped after losing my HCIM status? Absolutely not.
    And yet, I haven't heard a single thing from him since "Sucks to be fat" and then proceeds to ban me from any type of communication to him.

    Whatever the outcome of this is, I'll live with it. I hope for some kind of reimbursement at least for unfinished progress. I also hope any future customers that use his service never have to deal with what I did.

    Absolutely Terrible and an embarrassment.

    I haven't spoken to @VirtGold since being banned from both his discords after the initial "finding out what happened". Haven't received type of reimbursement for unfinished progress.

    Alright sorry for the delay here, there were a few things that I had to discuss with other staff.

    Firstly, the ToS agreement system that @VirtGold has set up doesn't constitute valid agreement to his ToS. The customer needs to be informed before they press the button to create a ticket, and within the same channel as well. I checked his Discord and this was not being done. (Screenshot)

    Due to the ToS agreement being invalid, @VirtGold is liable for the death of the hardcore ironman in this instance.

    Staff have agreed that 150m 07 in damages is appropriate compensation here, and must be paid to @JB88 alongside compensation for the incomplete service, as there is not enough proof that this was delivered. Please do so promptly.

    just an update here guys, for all other service providers who did Not update their ToS
    because of a suggestion @LordZuku made back in april that got approved in june

    so long story short guys not only the fat man is lying about the 9M that we refunded him but sythe does not see this as a proof, so we have to refund him 9M again over the 150M
    again guys this should be a warning for other service providers who does not put their ToS like this as i have seen plenty do not, so becareful guys, and record all trades because they dont consider this proof. no complaints here lets move on. i am ready to refund the 159M to Justin bieber but i hope an admin can hold the gold because he can accuse me of not delivering for the 2nd time if that is not possible @JB88 can you provide ur btc address so i can refund you?

    oh yeah btw we got like 4 dispute threats from other people and one of them is a big service provider for no reason and i will not say who but yeah just becareful of the corruption going on.

    Straight to the point - That screenshot you're using as "proof" of unfinished progress is from a previous transaction where I paid for Hunter through your service and asked for the chins to remain on the account. I paid what we both thought was going to be the price for the total chins at the desired level. After reaching the Hunter Level, there was 9M worth of chins short on the account. Which you did reimburse me for, and I am grateful you did.

    look- I'm not going to argue over petty little stuff your broken service is doing to me, and possibly multiple other people that won't even report.

    I'll take my reimbursement via OSRS GP as mentioned. You can start by unblocking me on discord and allowing me to join your server so I can contact you to settle this, as I am still banned from any form of contact to you @VirtGold.

    Thanks to the moderators for the help. This is the real reason why Sythe has been able to do what it does for this many years and counting.

    I can’t provide you with chat logs, as I have no access to the ticket that everything was discussed on. (I’ve been banned/ blocked from the discord since this happened). I don’t even know if it’s recoverable for me. I’ve even contacted Ticket Bot support via discord to see if I could. But would love @VirtGold to revive the logs and provide them here.

    There was so much GP being thrown around in transactions we had it's hard to even keep track of what was what. Like you and myself said before, there was over 300M worth of stuff being paid for and it wasn't just in one trade. And the original reason for opening a report against you was that Ranger Boots "mysteriously" taken off my account/ HCIM mysteriously dying.
    Look, I'm not trying to screw anyone over here. Like I said I'm pretty checked out from arguing about this and it's even harder to argue it while not having access to the ticket on your discord to review all of our conversations. ( Since I'm STILL banned)
    Keep what you've taken from me, pay me what's due from what Moderators thought know is right. And that's for the flaw in your TOS agreement.

    Unban me from discord. Unblock me from PMing you. We can settle the rest through a ticket on your discord.
