Well this guy really should not be trusted or have business conducted with. He is really shady and has pretty typical excuses for not being able to deliver gifts or properly explain why gifts are being revoked. I purchased ArmA II: CO from him and all went well, so I made another order of CS:GO + Payday DLC several days ago and despite his constant promises of delivering my gifts he has not done so.
When asked why other customers are getting their gifts revoked he usually gets pretty angry.

You can clearly see his MSN, PayPal email and the payment I sent to him.

 

No proof that he was the person you were talking with on Steam, and you are banned now so I am closing this case.
