Cant hook up my bank account to paypal cuz its a youth account (im under 18) so my only solution is prepaid credit cards except some people say they work and some dont, so im wondering which has a better chance of working (and paypal support says they sometimes work as well)

 

I had the same problem, since you don't have a bank account hooked up to your paypal account, paypal will occasionally refuse to let you send payments until you attach a bank account to verify your identity.

The first time I called paypal support to try and solve the problem, they told me to attach a bank account to verify my identity otherwise there was nothing they could do. The second time around, the paypal support employee lifted the limit on my account by giving my IP/account trust (not exactly sure what he did), but after that I haven't had a problem sending money via visa or mastercard giftcards.

What I'd suggest doing is calling paypal to see if there is anything they can do, and hope for the best. Otherwise, attach your bank account to your paypal account (you can do this if you under 18, but your account will be suspended if they find out).
