need advice for my lvl 95 acc

hellooooo sythers, i have just recently started playing runescape again and am still getting used to all the changes. my question is what stats would be good for my acc now after eoc.

combat=95
range=93
mage=90
deff=1
prayer=32
str=72
att=60


as you can tell i am an "old pure" or at least thats what most people seem to be calling me now. and sence i am an "old pure" im asking what exactly is a "new pure" is 1 deff completly dead? im having a hard time deciding weather to raise my deff because iv had this acc for so long that i dont want to ruin it without being 100% sure that raising my deff is the right thing to do.

PLEASE HELP any advice will be good i just need some straight answers on what to do.

EOC has ruined a lot of things, to be honest I would invest your time. Max your stats out.
