If you go and gamble, everytime you go to that website/casino or whatever, sit back for a minute and think about what you're about to do. Think if that is really what you want, and what would happen if you lose.

I'm in the same boat as you. I put sticky notes on my computer screen saying "no gambling" worked so far. try it.
