    Moulie1341 Scams
    Basically he offered to do a firecape for 11m, ended up taking that and 4m worth of stuff. I confronted him about it and offered him a chance to simply refund me; instead, he sends this.

    He said that he was IP banned a few weeks ago but his profile shows no ban. Last activity yesterday.
