Time to get a new phone, which should it be? Price is not an issue.

    Galaxy S3 vs Note 2

Note 2, I have it and it's stellar. Bigger screen, faster processor, more battery life, and a stylus (Really comes in handy web browsing). Not sure how it is with small hands, but I have some lengthy fingers and it works great. Filled to the brim with features, I find something new everyday.

Sorry but i have to disagree with you, mainly due to the note 2 being extremely large for myself as i have small hands as i am female, i would prefer the Galaxy S3, i personally have a S1 and it still does the deal.

If you're in North America, Note 2, if you're in Europe, Galaxy S3. Note 2 is dual core same with S3 in NA, and S3 is quad core in EU.

I like the features of the Note 2 but it is way too huge for me.
I'd probably go with the S3.

Where I live both S3 and Note 2 are quad core. Putting that aside, which would you choose?

Note 2, but personally I'd go with an HTC phone. They have some beast phones, to be honest.

Can't speak about the note but the galaxy s3 has an amazing screen that's not small but not to big for a phone and the camera is also very good considering it's a cell phone.

    Galaxy S3 vs Note 2

Just to correct, the Galaxy Note II is a quad-core in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia!
The difference between the Galaxy SIII and the Galaxy Note II is that the Galaxy Note has a Cortex-A9 based processor, the Galaxy S3 has the same Cortex-A9, but in the US, it has a dual-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon which is based on Cortex-A15.

I would personally go with the Note! It's better in everything!
    -Decent battery.
    -Decent processor.
    -Awesome screen & resolution, 1280x720!
    -2GB RAM.
    -Stock Jelly Bean.

The S3 is decent, too. But, if you're going with a big-screen phone, (I do realize that the Note II is a Phablet) Go with the Note.. HTC phones are really decent and pro, too. For example, the Droid DNA, a 1080P (The only one in the world) display (1920x1080) Pro camera and a Quad-core clocked something like 1.7 or so..
Anyways you can watch reviews on Youtube to decide..
