@Galand has been online and ignored this report several times, therefore I've banned him for 3 months + he will be permanently DNT'd (market-banned) until he refunds this scam/successfully pardons. On the bright side 25M was anti-scammed, which you can collect from @Pikachu. I'll leave his contact information below so you can contact him for it.
