R2 gave me a infraction worth 2 points, for trying to sell a limited paypal, or swap it for rsgp or real money for a less price obviously as its limited. He knew this on msn, yet he never said its not allowed or even warned me about it? And now all of a sudden he gives me 2 infractions straight away? Why didn't he say anything when i told him on msn?

    he also said:

"Using Sythe.org to attempt the sale of a Paypal account, in which he expects the buyer to input their financial information"

This is not true, I don't expect a buyer to put any information on it, there isn't just one way to unlimit a paypal account, there are several. Some people know how to unlimit a paypal account easily, so this may be a good profit for them, alternatively they can wait 180 days then they can just take the money off, they still profit. So what he said is completely wrong, he should know what he's talking about before stating anything.

    here is what he wrote:

    Dear XeroXeroX,

You have received an infraction for Trying to Sell Free Things for the content of this post: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=3956056

    -------
Using Sythe.org to attempt the sale of a Paypal account, in which he expects the buyer to input their financial information.
    -------

This infraction is worth 2 point(s).

Accumulating three infractions will result in a two-week ban. Six infractions will result in a month-long ban. Several temporary bans will eventually result in a permanent ban. We suggest that you read and follow the forum rules, which can be found at http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=148431. If you have received an infraction regarding your signature, read http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=360365 to ensure it will not happen again.

If you feel that this infraction was given in error, you may explain why you think so in the Dispute Forum (http://sythe.org/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=324) and a moderator or administrator will review your case and come to a final decision.

    Thanks,

The ONLY way to unlimit a Paypal account is by adding personal + financial information. Paypal will not let you cash out an account without:

    (a) Confirmed Bank Account for Bank Withdrawal
    (b) Confirmed Address (ONLY WAY TO CONFIRM ADDRESS = CONFIRMED CREDIT CARD) for Cheque through mail.

I can tell you for a fact that if your Paypal account is Limited, you will need to do BOTH of (a) and (b) just to unlimit it. Furthermore, adding a Credit Card to an account only works if the name on the card matches the name of the account holder. This basically means the ONLY way someone could cash out your Paypal account is via bank, which means their information will be placed on your Paypal account. Even if you wait 180 days, this still remains true. You obviously know nothing about Paypal.

If you had an alternative way of unlimiting your Paypal account, you would have done so. So you are obviously the one who knows nothing about what they are talking about. Enjoy the 2 point infraction, and never try and use Sythe to sell a Paypal account again. Aside from being completely unsafe for the buyer, it is also ILLEGAL by law. We do not allow any laws to be broken on Sythe.org, we risk being shut down when such moronic things are posted on our site.

You still didn't answer why you didn't warn me on msn, or even just told me that this not allowed on sythe? Yet you decided to infract me straight away, to feel a bit powerful lol...

By saying that the buyer will be completely unsafe you're saying that i'm a scammer, did i scam anyone on sythe? Everything that i've done has been a succesful trade so i don't know where you're coming from. If i was "legit" then there shouldn't be a problem.

I've seen some blogs forums etc, where people buy limited paypal accounts for cheaper, but i'm not a member there and i dont know their reps, but obviously there must be other ways for this to be done, otherwise they wouldn't buy in the first place. So i thought i'd try it at this community.

At the end of the day idc, idc about what you think, idc about the infraction, if you knew i had this, and was going to sell it for rsgp or for less money, then why didn't you say anything?

    have fun

The point of a warning is to 'warn' you of it...when someone infracts you they expect that you knew you were breaking a rule and did it anyways. That's the whole point.
