If he didn't want me to roll against him, it should have been posted within the Wager Post, period.

I complied with all of the Dicing rules on the OP of the thread, in full.

Make the idiot roll please so I can go fishing.

 

I did not make it a wager specifically against someone because I welcomed others to take me on the bet(the post makes it obvious that I refuse to trade/deal/dice/gamble/FUCK with you), this idiot, previously denied my request to dice him, and then quoted me out of no where in which I lost, payed for, and requested him not deal with me anymore.

This includes making contracts or ultimatums that are not outlined when defining your rules for a wager.

It was not specified who was or was not able to roll, which means everyone is eligible.
