Burberry said he has banned profiles but hasn't reported him for some reason, another user posted pics and his name seems to be "Oli" which is the alias a mass vader uses, "HotQuacking" was one of his banned profiles and they're all on the same ip. Even if it's not him, Burberry said he has banned profiles so i'm sure he's a vader.

 

He's banned for mass evading.
