Selling level 113 !! (and level 64 tank!)

Heya guys, i haven't been able to get on here for a while now. For some reason, many IP's have been blocked if you live in England.

Ok, i have a level 113. I will accept RSGP, your responsibility if you die with the money. I also accept cash via paypal, but would appreciate if you could just pay someone trusted who trades me the money.

I would want about 15m for the account, you can give that to me or buy from someone.

THE PROBLEM IS ... i am making a new decent range/mager, so i am only 47 combat. So, f2p low crater if it is possible!.

Not a brilliant name for the level 113, but that doesn't matter.

P.s, i have a level 81 for sale aswel. 90 range, 82 magic, ancients, 46 defence, 52 prayer. And members, i can't delete recoveries. You can trade the money via bounty, then get the recoveries. I will not go first.
