So I have been thinking with the release of OSRS mobile jagex has said you will be able to purchase bonds through the google play store and Apple store.

    as of now,

One can simply go to walmart, buy 50 $50 visa gift cards, make 50 google accounts, and purchase 50 dollars worth of bonds, press refund abusing googles refund system and then go to an ATM and withdraw 47 dollars having gained 9 bonds for the price of 3 dollars.

    On apple.

One can run charges to 250 dollars per iphone per household per name ,Request refund without going to tier 2 for investigation and get immediately refunded.

So my question is, will we see the death of RWTING on mobile release? Im extremely intrigued by this, and I look forward to seeing how this is going to change the game.

I can tell you with confidence that this does not work with Apple. They have a system to prevent fraud like this.

This kinda fraud already happens to jagex, I have seen multiple accounts with -300$+ jcoin where people have bought 100+ bonds and charged back

I doubt it will be much different than currently. maybe a big influx at the start but if it becomes a major issue im sure jagex will find a way to stop it.
possibly reduce the max amount of bonds that can be bought from 1 IP at a time.

My friend did something similar to this and I think he found that accounts have bond limits depending on hours played/bought before etc. He had an easier time buying bonds on accounts he acquired as opposed to accounts he created.

I highly doubt it would be that easy.
