Future of goldfarming?

RiD is trying to not allow gold farmers, as the price is economicaly viable, with the price of membership and servers etc... as for scar not sure, if you can write your own scripts, that a private, then yes it is easily possible.

 

The way to get rid of goldfarmers is to make it where the bot client needs control of your mouse again.

You won't be able to do anything on your computer while the bot is working unless yout put the bot in a VM. VMs need resources and will cut down on the bots people can run.

 

You can't run a Runescape client for more than 6 hours without having to restart it. Only the hardcore Chinese bot farms will ever be back up, and that won't be until Jagex stops investing resources to keep clutterfluster active and changing a lot.

 

runescape updates every fucking ten minutes i doubt goldfarming will be possible for "normal" people every again, like kero said only the hardcore goldfarmers will survive.

 

Goldfarming is pretty much over now in my eyes.

im thinking the gold farmers are going to find new bots but for now all they can use making a profit is simba

 

I think the future gold farmers are going to put everything they have into phishing accounts and selling the stolen gold.

There's already many ways around this that can be implemented into Simba.

 

Who knows? Really huge goldfarming places in China that have millions to lose could pay someone to code a private RID style bot and whatever scripts they want. RWT is a billion dollar industry, it will never go away as long as the demand for gaming currency exists and profit is there to be made.

 

Maybe they will have sweat shops where they play by hand if the price of go goes up enough.

 

I think you can only legit gold farm in the future.

Most gold farming companies will fail now, only the really rich and determined ones will keep going.

^ This. I see this as the most profitable future of gold farming. It's not the same as gold farming, but things like camping bosses, merching, etc really will be the closest things to "gold farming" in my opinion. Atleast the best option.

With a good team, you can make several hundred mills a day split between you at nex on average. This wouldn't be the most used method of gold farming, but for somebody who wants to make a buck off rs, it'd be a great choice.
