Scammed 100m

I messaged this guy, "Jareds" regarding buying his 400th rank gb account and he told me in pm that he would accept 100m as payment for it, so, I logged on in-game, gave him the 100m, and then he logged out, stopped communicating with me, and then about 30minutes later there's a post on his vouch page from someone he just sold 100m to. Any proof needed can be found in my inbox and in how he stopped messaging me, deleted me on Runescape, and refuses to reply to me or give me the username and password to the GB account which I payed for.

I've made many purchases over Sythe and I've always gone first.
I've bought the Gamertag "Defiled" for 120m
I've bought the Runescape name "Left" for 275m
I purchased a GB acc for 65m
Wins totalling up to over 200m
and other things
I've never had any problems with any of the other traders and the majority of them left me vouches on how smooth the trade and transfer went.
I just want this Jareds guy to be banned before he scams someone else and resells that gold he scams them for.

He just sent me a message that legitimately says I gave him the 100m and now he's trying to play it off as if he originally asked for 1,000M where he clearly wrote in a prior message that he wanted the equivalent of $50 which is 100m and we agreed upon the 100m.
