Scamming accusations

I was accused of scamming in one of my threads by a new kid, its really annoyed me because now everyone doesnt want to trade with me because of this kids post. he has no proof or screenshots or any msn log whatsoever,

i believe there is a rule not to accuse people of scamming without proof, my friend was temp banned for breaking this rule, is there any way a mod can retract his comment from my thread? and maybe tell me where i should be posting these complaits?
