TheFoe is a scammer!

Briefly explain the trade:He was going to give me 10$ paypal for my guide on how to recover unused accounts.
How they scammed:He told me that he was interested in my guide. I said okay, how much do you want to buy it for? He said 10$ via paypal. I said okay sent it to my paypal and when I see that you have done it I will send it to you. He said well, your new with no vouches, I am not getting scammed. I said well even if i do scam you, you can get your money back by disputing so it will be fine. He said it leaves a bad rep, so I finally said, okay fine, but if you don't send me money after then I am reporting you as a scammer. He said thats fine and I sent him the link. He then asked what the password was to it and I told him, and I never heard from him again. I told him that he has a half hour to send me money or I am reporting. He then logged off.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: I don't think he was an imposter, but you can look at my trade screenshots.
