Where to train range, 1-80? & rate my mauler

So currently ive been working on a Granite mauler with the current stats:

Combat 61
Strength 79
defence 1
prayer 31
range 1
attack 50

and im getting 82 strength and also 82 range, im at a 1 on the range for now,

so can i have some tips or a guide on quick 1- 80 ranging.
also would this account (when completed) be a successfull pker?
