No I am pretty sure you are stuck with it. I have never known Facebook to let you change your settings back once you "upgrade" to their newest whatever they come out with.

You can't change it back. It's been an option for you in the past but they let you know that eventually everyone will have it. I know everyone's complaining about timeline...but I've been with Facebook since the beginning and it's changed so many times, and each time people complain. It's honestly just a cycle, and it may be uncomfortable adapting in the beginning but we'll all get used to it.

This happened to me as well, very frustrating.

Once you've converted to Timeline, there is no going back, i never accepted anything or clicked on it and i somehow converted, such bullshit.

No, deal with it. You'll get used to it, just like every rehaul YouTube does.

Nope, you can't change back to the previous format. But, it's honestly not that bad, and I think it's really convenient. People usually feel this way after every major update a website has, but you eventually get used to it the change, prime examples being YouTube and Facebook.
