Fundamentals1992 scammed me!

Explanation of the trade: I did Quest service for him for 20.5M 07 GP (3m for tourist trap quest+ 17.5m last job listed)
Amount scammed: 20.5M 07 GP

How they scammed: First he make an order about quest service and he paid for it, so i make the mistake to trust in him, so he make a second order for more questing+skill traing job that i completed for him. Now it been more that 4-5 days since i have trying to solve this with him via discord, talking to him and telling him to pay me.

I have applied a DNT to the user in question. @Fundamentals1992 please pay the user or you will be banned.

 

This at no point proves I did not pay him. Whatsoever, it shows I hadn't replied to his messages. I've done nothing here since I've joined but gone first to every single user I have traded with.

This is a slight against my name. I'm not here for vouches or rep I'm here for my personal acc progression, hence meaning I will never really receive any vouches as I am the buyer and therefore go first.

I'm the little fish here so naturally it's assumed I'm in the wrong?

Ask any service provider I've traded with, I've been 100% legit from the beginning

Any more to come from this please? I paid for skill services upfront. There is no proof whatsoever here that I have received skill training without payment.

 

What other proof do you need my friend? if you have paid for all your service, why you didn't put in contact with me in the past 5 days?. You been online playing osrs, Your not a fish you just trying to see where you can get advantage of situation.

Everyone is good until start scamming, paying upfront 99% doesn't give u the right to not pay for 1 service (if it's the case, since i don't know if you have done this to other service yet) You may think you can do this to a new service ppl,so they might not know how to defend theirselft.

Anyway, i believe if you pay me what you owe me, everything will back to normal with you. right now you owe me 20.5M 07 GP

Well I don't have a picture proving that I did. He also doesn't have any proof I didn't. I shouldn't have to stump up extra just due to the fact I wasn't on my computer for a couple of days.

didn't you check the upload jpg ? there is no more conversation between us about you paying me. Why should i open a fake scam report for just 20.5M? kid's like you is why people must be carefull when trading. I fall into this because i do like to trust in people, I believe everyone have the chance to prove their value, that why i made the mistake to trust in you and let you pay after job is completed. So now please be a grown man and pay your bills.

That's impossible as I have no screenshots, and neither does he. I'm being asked to pay double a fee for this, which is ridiculous. I don't owe anything.

 

If that's the way you really want it to go down, ban me. I'm not paying extra for a service I already paid for.

 

Every single quest, fire cape, torso and skilling I have had done in the last fortnight have all been paid for in advance with no hesitations.

I don't know what else to say this is ridiculous. I don't owe you anything. Mods, even give me a TWC or something, I don't mind since I have gone first EVERY SINGLE TIME that I have traded on this site. I will happily continue to do so or use MM.

 

show proof that im recieving the 20.5M 07 GP in our discord conversation. I can't show it since we never did that. i don't know what i did to you to act like this, i did all quest-thieving job you asked me to. Now you acting like you the best person? You can be good customer and pay are your bills but that doesn't give you the right to scam a randomly person. You become a scammer for just not paying one of ur bills and also trying to hide that fact.

 

Precisely, and I paid you for the jobs you did for me, in a timely fashion and manner. I'm not acting anything, I'm just asking for this to be resolved, however I refuse to pay for something I don't owe.

 

As I am new I am still coming to terms with taking screenshots and the way to cover my back during trades. Again, give me a TWC, I'll still only be using reputable people and going first.
