Okay so i left out a few details, Quid Back Charged Divica for $600+ which was paid back by bogla because they're butt buddy's but anyway.

Quid Back Charged in November 2014 which has been established, and now again 4 months later.

I want to add in some common sense as to why he should stay banned..

He back charged for GP because he couldn't pay his measily bills, and now he tried to do the same 4 months later except this time owning a sythe account.

He established the sythe account and took a gamble on it so incase he was ever short he could be trusted with a few hundred dollars and pay his bills.

He has a gambling addiction and he's poor IRL so it normally doesn't go well..

I see no point in him attempting pardon when just 4 months later he tries to get away with it again.

Also the DDoS attack that targeted me was pulled from a list of ip's varying from end number being .255 of exploited servers which haven't been updated and secured and therefore are outdated, the kind of exploit being used is called PhPMyAdmin, and can be done with a peanut for a brain.

You've provided 0 new information. This is nothing but hearsay. This forum runs on evidence. If you truly have proof of your claims, upload conversation logs / documents that are relevant. Otherwise, this is all just meaningless.

You say he has booters / has ddos'ed people. Go grab the proof of that. So far you've dropped us some IP's from the attack but how does that link to him? Even though you may be telling the truth, we can't just trust you based on your word.
