    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!: He was banned for scamming the first time, After I sold some things to him on a P server he just started talking like he had been on sythe for awhile which I know couldn't be true since he just signed up. So I googled his skype and it was connected with a banned sythe account.
