So as you can see it has;

70 attack,
67 strength,
1 defence,
77 ranged,
44 prayer,
76 magic,
71 constitution
31 agility
40 crafting
59 fishing

And it hasn't done any quests yet, so u can still level up ur strength etc.. with vampyre slayer, dragon slayer etc...
