Buying Multiple DMM Tourny Qualified Accounts

Hello, everyone. I just made this account to make a post for my clan. No kudos or anything, but we are men of our word.
Many of us quit SDMM too early and lost track of time, resulting in not qualifying for the tournament.
We currently have 10 members needing accounts.
All of them have offered 20-25 USD, and at most 20m OSRS.
