Buying maxed melee with 70+ on most stats

Hey guys, i want to buy an osrs account with maxed melee stats and 70+ on non melee skills, i would like prayer to be 85+ and mage 94/99

My offer depends on your account and what non tradeable items it has i.e firecape. If your account has any sort of cash or any items which can be sold to make cash then my offer will be higher.

Obviously i'm not going to go first. I WILL want to use a MM.

The account must be clean. It can have a few minor reports but not so many where the bar is half full.
