Vids wont upload, help please

Hey im using vista and windows movie maker and everytime i try to upload to youtube it says failed to convert video file. Should i download vegas? or is there a solution to my problem

 

I'd say you'd have to convert the video file to correlate with youtube's corresponding accepted video files.

 

thats the thing i cant find youtube accepted files

 

I'd just convert it to WMA, flash, mp4, and etc.

 

when you save it using windows movie maker hit publish to computer should let you upload then
