A Question that needs answering!

Hey guys,
I'm interested in getting into the Runescape Black Market. But I have a problem, I'm only 16 in real life....
It seems like most of the ways to pay for gold/items (paypal etc) you need a credit card or bank account for, most of which you need an income or what not (stuff a 16 year old wouldn't have yet) My parents would never let me use their cards to buy stuff for Runescape, they're say its a major waste of money etc. etc. Western Union has an age limit of 17 to transfer money and I'm out of ideas. The only way i can think of is to physically send cash in an envelope, but that makes it easier for me to get scammed etc.

So to all your traders out there,
is there a way to transfer money without needing a credit card/bank account?

Why can't you set up your paypal to your parents bank accounts?

Because, as I stated, they wouldn't let me, they think computer games are a waste of time and would say No downright if I asked them to spent real life money for Runescape stuff, and I can't do it without their permission, would show up on their bill.

 

Then I can't really think of a way to transfer money man :S

You're not making much sense. You don't really need to add a bank account/credit card to get into the market. Take me for example. Mine's not verified or anything, but I still make do. Make a Canadian PayPal, and avoid too many large trades.

 

I mean, you need something to send money with, you need something to load money onto the paypal account. You can't just have $20 appear on your paypal. They require a credit card or a bank account to get money onto the paypal, dont they?

 

Are you referring to those gift cards (I think?) that add to your balance? I never really used those so I wouldn't know.

If that is so, then I guess it is really is a complication. The only hope you'd have is for someone trusted to do all the buying for you, although that's very unlikely, and risky.

 

Get a pre-paid CC.

 

As horo said just set up paypal and get a prepaid cc in the amount that you want to use. always put a little bit more on it then you need for trade, as cc payments always take a fee.

Sorry to break it to you but unverified paypals have a limit of $25 until it gets verified. I'm sure you could find someone trusted where you could mail in a payment.

 

I'm 16 still in high school and I have a debit card + bank account. I work at Taco Bell and Food Lion ( grocery ). I suggest getting a job to use your own.

 

Honestly go to walmart one day and pick up a Pre-Paid Visa and use it to Verify paypal. Easiest way i can think of and it works like a charm.

 

Do you live near Tesco or some supermarket?

Then you can buy some (usually) gift cards, such as iTunes, RS, etc. and sell it here on Sythe for PayPal $$.

You can also get a job online by coding - like I do.
